THE COMMITTEES OF THE MANABÍ SECTIONAL ECUADORIAN-AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The AmCham Manabí Committees are a space for exchange between partners, where trends, success stories and good business practices are shared with colleagues from their respective industry. It is a space for interaction, synergy and cooperation among our members.

A Committee of our ECUADORIAN AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE SECTIONAL MANABÍ, is made up of five of its main Directors and partners, to promote and reinforce the actions of proposals and projects, seeking solutions to the different problems that are addressed in each challenge.

TOURISM COMMITTEE
It provides support for the tourism sector, which boosts the flow between Ecuador, the United States and other countries. Through this committee, AMCHAM offers its help, institutional presence and its services to facilitate the management of tourism in Ecuador.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCE COMMITTEE
Its objective is to support the Board of Directors in the knowledge and decision-making on matters of a strategic and corporate nature. It is responsible for the administration and management of all necessary human, financial and physical resources, promotes the use of economic and material resources, and supervises their proper use. Since it is also involved in general logistical support for the success of any event that can be held.

TRAINING COMMITTEE
This Committee has the function of being in charge of incorporating a series of topics and updates, in the training for its members or collaborators of the partner companies and of people who are not associated and have an interest in their participation. Promotes the implementation of an annual training calendar, being updated on the new trends that companies in the same industry are implementing for business education.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Executive Committee is made up of its President, Vice President and two Directors elected by the Board of Directors, and is entrusted with the execution of all actions and decisions taken to achieve its goals.

EDITORIAL AND COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE
Establish a communication strategy that allows visibility of the activities and their achievements that have been representative for the institution; current issues on tourism, national trade, foreign trade, fishing, among other articles that will allow thousands of readers to know the natural benefits and productive activities that boost the economy in Manabí. Coordinate the contents, design, printing and dissemination of publications in the institutional magazine “Amcham Business”.

PAST PRESIDENT’S COMMITTEE
It is made up of the Former Presidents, who have made their presence in directing the Chamber at the time, with their vast experience and decision-making, complement each other to develop ideas and implement them for a good management of improvement of the institution.
